General Terms:
  1. All goods remain the property of Technosound Ltd until payment has been received in full
  2. The sale value must be agreed at the point of order & is non-negotiable upon collection or delivery
  3. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.  It also functions as your Guarantee.
  4. Goods damaged whilst in the customers possession cannot be exchanged or credited.
  5. When purchasing from Technosound Ltd. your Name & Address will be held indefinitely on our database records.  These details are shared with Domestic & General Insurance Services who may contact you by mail to offer you an Extended Warranty.  You can opt out of data sharing at any time & request that all details are kept private.
  6. These conditions & those that follow do not affect you statuary rights.

Goods Purchased Online:

  1. All goods will be sent via a post or parcel service requiring a signature of receipt.  Delivery times are an estimate only & may vary depending on stock availability & the delivery service used.
  2. If your package is returned to us as undeliverable, we reserve the right to cancel & refund your order
  3. If stock is found to be unavailable within a reasonable time period, you will be contacted & offered a full refund.
  4. All goods returned within 28 days, whether functioning or faulty, must be accompanied by a completed Returns Form.  These will qualify for full refund or exchange at your preference.  They must be in their original packaging, complete with accessories.  A charge will be deducted for any damage or missing parts.
  5. Faulty goods returned after 28 days must be received within 2 weeks of expiration of the warranty & accompanied by a completed returns form.  Items will be repaired or exchanged at the company’s discretion.  If an exact replacement is not available, we reserve the right to replace the item with a similar product of equal value.
  6. Non-Faulty goods will not be accepted more than 28 days after delivery
  7. Technosound Ltd. cannot be held responsible for returned items lost in transit. We therefore recommend that all goods are returned via Recorded post, Registered post, Special Delivery or a reputable courier
  8. Where a non-faulty item is returned, it is the customer’s responsibility to cover return postage
  9. Where a faulty item is returned, you may request reimbursement of return postage fees
