General
Terms:
- All
goods
remain
the
property
of Technosound
Ltd until payment has been received in full
- The sale value must be agreed at the
point of
order & is non-negotiable upon collection or delivery
- Please keep
your receipt as proof of
purchase. It also functions as your
Guarantee.
- Goods damaged whilst in the
customers
possession cannot be exchanged or credited.
- When purchasing from
Technosound Ltd. your
Name & Address will be held indefinitely on our database
records. These details are shared with Domestic &
General Insurance Services who may contact you by mail to offer you an
Extended
Warranty. You can opt out of data
sharing at any time & request that all details are kept private.
- These conditions &
those that follow do
not affect you statuary rights.
Goods Purchased
Online:
- All goods will be sent via a post or parcel
service requiring a signature of receipt. Delivery times are an
estimate
only & may vary depending on stock availability & the delivery
service
used.
- If your package is returned to us as
undeliverable, we reserve the right to cancel & refund your order
- If stock is found to be unavailable within a
reasonable time period, you will be contacted & offered a full
refund.
- All goods returned within 28 days, whether
functioning or faulty, must be accompanied by a completed Returns
Form. These will qualify for full refund or
exchange at your preference. They must be in their original
packaging,
complete with accessories. A charge will be deducted for any
damage or
missing parts.
- Faulty goods returned after 28 days must be
received within 2 weeks of expiration of the warranty & accompanied
by a
completed returns form. Items will be repaired or exchanged at
the
company’s discretion. If an exact replacement is not available,
we
reserve the right to replace the item with a similar product of equal
value.
- Non-Faulty goods will not be accepted more than
28 days after delivery
- Technosound Ltd. cannot be held responsible
for returned items lost in transit. We therefore recommend that all
goods are
returned via Recorded post, Registered post, Special Delivery or a
reputable
courier
- Where a non-faulty item is returned, it is the
customer’s responsibility to cover return postage
- Where
a faulty item is returned, you may request reimbursement of return
postage fees
